Postage 

We use Royal Mail as our postage courier. 

We try our very best to send all orders out within these timeframes but as we are a small independent brand please allow 1-2 working days for dispatch and 3-4 in busy festive times. 

Returns & Refunds 

Your items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery date. It must be returned to Sophie Ellen Home in the same condition it was sent to you. Please email us to arrange a return and for delivery information. 

We unfortunately cannot cover the cost of you returning your items to us. 

We do our best to quality check all our items as they are hand made to the highest quality with natural materials. 

However, we understand faults sometimes happen and if in the unlikely event that your items have arrived damaged please email us to discuss exchange or refund options. Please provide photographs of the damage to your item within 48 hours of receiving. 

Your item must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery date.
